This costume has taken influence from Outlander -series.

I used tartan fabric, the bodice has lacing and steel boning. The back also has boning. This design is not exact example of the time period, more like my own version of it.

“I am Merida, first-born descendant of Clan DunBroch, and I’ll be shooting for my own hand.”

This costume has been made of green velvet, black watch tartan and white stripy fabric. I made the skirt longer, and more wide. There are lacings on the sleeves, so they are adjustable. I made additional corset and a cloak, which was not in the film.
